Lori Sibbitt Shipley

I have been in the legal profession as a secretary/assistant since graduating from high school. I have been married to my 2nd husband since 1993 - we just celebrated our 16th anniversary. I had my first daughter in Dec. of 1994 and my second daughter in April, 1996. I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis in Dec. 1997 and it has made life interesting to say the least. We moved from Florida to LaGrange, GA for my husband's job in 2001 and then to Spring Hill, TN (just South of Nashville), again for my husband's job in 2005. We love Tennessee!

9/28/15 - Things have changed since I wrote this profile. I'm separated now (today was our 22nd anniversary, but there won't be a 23rd. I'm living in my own apt on Mt. Pleasant, TN which isn't too far from Spring Hill but it's more rural
...and it's pretty out here. I'm happy. Will be filing for divorce soon. Have lost 90 lbs over the last 2 years and you probably wouldn't recognize me now. People that have seen me within the last year don't recognize me so I wouldn't expect my old classmates to either. I just heard about the mini reunion in October but I won't be able to be there. Hopefully if there's a 40th though. Daughters are great. That's the quick update on my life. Will update pictures later.
